Iceberg Lettuce with Blue Cheese Dressing

*Deliciously crunchy iceberg lettuce topped with a creamy blue cheese dressing and crispy bacon.* Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 150 g blue cheese
- 1 dl buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 100 g bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into four wedges and place them on a serving plate.
2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain off the excess fat.
3. In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, buttermilk, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4. Drizzle the blue cheese dressing over the lettuce wedges.
5. Sprinkle the crispy bacon on top.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
