Ingredients:
- 1 large iceberg lettuce- 200 g bacon
- 100 g blue cheese
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into four wedges.2. Grill the lettuce wedges on a grill pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they have beautiful grill marks.
3. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain excess fat.
4. Prepare the blue cheese dressing by crumbling the blue cheese into a bowl, then add cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
5. Place the grilled lettuce wedges on a serving platter and spoon the blue cheese dressing over them.
6. Top with crispy bacon and garnish with fresh parsley.
7. Serve immediately while warm.
