Ingredients:
- 400 g pork strips
- 125 g bacon strips
- 1 pack of mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat a frying pan and add a knob of butter.
2. Add the bacon strips to the pan and cook until crispy.
3. Add the pork strips to the bacon and fry until the meat is cooked through.
4. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir well.
5. Season with salt, curry powder, and paprika powder. Mix the ingredients well and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
