Ingredients:
- 500 g bacon - 100 ml brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder (like Naga)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Cut the bacon into strips and arrange them evenly on the baking sheet.
3. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
4. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the bacon strips, ensuring they are evenly coated.
5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is beautifully golden brown and caramelized. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
