Preparation Time: 24 hours + 30 minutes (for warming)
Serving Size: Makes 2 medium pizzas

Ingredients:

- 500 g pizza flour
- 300 ml water
- 10 g salt
- 5 g sugar
- 7 g dry yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix dry yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it rest for about 10 minutes until it becomes bubbly.
2. Add the pizza flour and salt to the mixture. Stir until the dough begins to form.
3. Incorporate the olive oil and knead the dough by hand or using a dough machine for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
4. Shape the dough into a ball and place it in an oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
5. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and let it warm at room temperature for about 30 minutes before rolling it out.
6. Roll the dough to your desired thickness and shape it into a pizza base.
7. Add your favorite toppings and bake in a preheated oven at 250 °C for about 10-15 minutes.
