Ingredients:
- 1 dl crème fraiche- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dl water
- Your choice of toppings (e.g., ham, cheese, bell pepper, onion, olives)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the crème fraiche, olive oil, and water. Mix until the dough is smooth.
4. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to your desired shape.
5. Spread crème fraiche over the dough and add your desired toppings.
6. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
7. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
