A delicious and quick feta pasta perfect for a weeknight dinner. This recipe combines dark spaghetti, feta cheese, and fresh vegetables into a flavorful dish. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g dark spaghetti
- 1 can (approx. 200 g) Valio light crème fraîche (12% fat)
- 0.5 medium cucumber
- 200 g Arla Apetina feta (8% fat)
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Dice the cucumber into small cubes.
3. In a saucepan, heat the crushed tomatoes over low heat. Add the paprika powder and chili powder, stirring well.
4. Stir in the Valio light crème fraîche until the mixture is smooth.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the saucepan and mix until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
6. Crumble the feta cheese over the spaghetti mixture and add the cucumber.
7. Allow to heat for a moment, then serve immediately.
