Ingredients:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 150 g frozen peas (thawed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh mint or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, thawed peas, olive oil, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
