Ingredients:

- Noodle pasta (e.g., tagliatelle)
- 150 g bacon
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the noodle pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and reserve some cooking water.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves. Slice the mushrooms and bacon.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy.
4. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet with the bacon, and sauté until the onion is soft.
5. Add the mushrooms and thyme, cooking for a few more minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
6. Stir in the cooked pasta, adding reserved cooking water as needed to keep the pasta from drying out.
7. Crumble the feta cheese over the pasta, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve immediately while warm.
