A delicious and rich sauce that combines blue cheese, plant-based bacon, and fresh vegetables, creating the perfect addition to pasta. Preparation time is about 20 minutes, and the recipe serves 4-6.

Ingredients:

- 4-6 cloves of garlic
- 3-5 dl cream
- ½ - 1 bag of plant-based bacon pieces (Hälsans Kök)
- 1 piece of blue cheese
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 pack of mushrooms

Instructions:

1. Sauté the plant-based bacon pieces in a pan for a few minutes until they are nicely browned.
2. Add chopped mushrooms and bell pepper to the pan. Continue cooking until excess moisture from the mushrooms evaporates.
3. Add crushed garlic, cream, and crumbled blue cheese to the pan. Mix well and heat on low until the sauce begins to thicken.
4. Season with black pepper and parsley. Allow the sauce to simmer for a moment longer.
5. Serve hot over freshly cooked pasta and enjoy!
