A delicious BBQ meatloaf wrapped in bacon and smoked to perfection, ideal for grill parties or special occasions.

Ingredients:

- Approximately 700 g ground beef
- 2 packs of bacon
- Slices of pepperoni or salami
- Grated cheese
- BBQ seasoning
- BBQ sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat your smoker or grill to about 120-130 °C (250-265 °F).
2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, BBQ seasoning, and grated cheese until well combined.
3. Spread the beef mixture into an even layer on parchment paper or plastic wrap.
4. Place the pepperoni or salami slices evenly over the beef mixture.
5. Roll the beef mixture tightly into a log, ensuring the fillings stay inside.
6. Wrap the bacon slices around the meatloaf, covering it completely.
7. Place the meatloaf in the smoker or grill and cook for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 70 °C (160 °F).
8. Brush with BBQ sauce during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
9. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
