A delicious galzone combining eggs, bacon, feta cheese, and zucchini, creating a nutritious and tasty breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 0.5 dl cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 140 g bacon
- 200 g zucchini
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 onion

Instructions:

1. Chop the zucchini, onion, and bacon into small pieces.
2. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until slightly browned and the fat has rendered.
3. Add the onion to the skillet and sauté it with the bacon.
4. Finally, add the zucchini and mix well until all ingredients are combined.
5. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix in the cream. Whisk the mixture well and season with salt and pepper.
6. Heat a frying pan until very hot and pour the egg-cream mixture into the pan.
7. Allow the mixture to set quickly. Use a wooden spatula to gently stir to maintain a fluffy texture.
8. Add the filling (bacon, onion, and zucchini) to one side of the omelet, then crumble feta cheese on top.
9. Fold the other side of the omelet over the filling and cook until fully set and beautifully golden brown.
10. Serve immediately while warm.
