Delicious savory snacks that combine the richness of bacon with sweet brown sugar. Perfect for a festive table or any celebration! Preparation Time: 35 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 170 g American bacon - 300 g small sausages
- About ½-1 dl brown sugar
Instructions:
1. Cut the bacon strips into three pieces each. 2. Wrap a piece of bacon around each sausage.
3. Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.
4. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top of the sausages.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and the sugar has melted.
BBQ Dip:
- ½ dl mayonnaise - ½ dl BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
1. Mix all the ingredients together until the sugar is dissolved.
