A rich and flavorful pasta dish that combines Karelian stew meat, spices, and cheese into a delicious meal.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp black and white pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 packets Knorr Sauce Red Wine
- 300 g tagliatelle pasta
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 small onion
- 700 g Karelian stew meat
- 1 bell pepper
- Black olives
- Herb-flavored feta or salad cheese
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 2 tsp garlic powder, freshly ground
- 1 tsp thyme
- A splash of olive oil
- 5 dl water
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and bell pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and add the onion. Sauté for a few minutes until translucent.
3. Add the Karelian stew meat to the skillet and brown it on all sides.
4. Stir in the bell pepper, bay leaves, black and white pepper, paprika, rosemary, garlic powder, and thyme. Mix well.
5. Add water and the vegetable stock cube, stir, and let simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to package instructions in salted water, then drain.
7. Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce and add black olives and crumbled feta or salad cheese.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
