A delicious sausage pan combining bacon, kabanos sausage, and potatoes into a hearty meal. Perfect for warming up on busy days.

Ingredients

- 1 pack of bacon
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 onion
- Butter for frying
- 1 pack of kabanos sausage
- About 700 g potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Fresh parsley
- Lovage
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp pink pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder

Instructions

1. Chop the potatoes and onion.
2. Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan.
3. Add the chopped potatoes and onions to the pan, frying until golden brown.
4. Chop the bacon and add it to the pan, cooking until crispy.
5. Add the chopped kabanos sausage and continue frying for a few minutes.
6. Pour in the heavy cream, add crushed garlic, parsley, lovage, and spices. Mix well.
7. Let the dish simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes until all ingredients are cooked through.
8. Serve warm.
