Ingredients:
- 400 g ground pork and beef mix
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh sage, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 mm cayenne pepper
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Sauté the finely chopped onion in a pan and let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
3. Cook a small sample of the mixture to ensure the flavors are balanced.
4. Wet your hands with cold water or oil and roll the mixture into small meatballs.
5. Cook the meatballs in a pan or bake them in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
