Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast fillets - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.2. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Cook the chicken in the pan for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for a few more minutes until they soften.
5. Add the spinach to the pan and stir until slightly wilted.
6. Crumble the feta cheese over the dish and drizzle balsamic vinegar on top.
7. Let it cook for another minute and serve immediately.
