Ingredients:
- 150 g fresh salad mix
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the salad mix in cold water and drain well.
2. Place the salad mix in a large bowl.
3. Add cucumber, bell pepper, avocado, and cherry tomatoes to the salad mix.
4. Crumble feta cheese on top of the salad.
5. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
7. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
