A delicious and spicy chicken dish that brings the flavors of Pakistan right to your home. Easy to prepare, it pairs perfectly with rice or naan bread. Preparation Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets - 2 tbsp oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder (to taste)
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 ml coconut milk
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. 2. Add crushed garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute.
3. Add diced tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
4. Add chicken breast fillets and cook until they are nicely browned.
5. Stir in garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes to release the spices' flavors.
6. Pour in the coconut milk and mix well. Let it simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the sauce thickens.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or naan bread.
