A delicious and rich Indian vegetarian dish where flavorful paneer cheese combines with a spicy sauce. Perfect for vegetarian food lovers. Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
- 400 g paneer
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp tandoori spice mix
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 400 g canned crushed tomatoes
- 200 ml coconut milk
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the paneer into cubes and marinate it in a mixture of yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, tandoori spice mix, turmeric, and chili powder for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and golden brown.
3. Add the crushed garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for another minute.
4. Add the diced bell pepper and cook for a few more minutes until it softens.
5. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and coconut milk. Mix well and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Add the marinated paneer to the sauce and gently mix. Let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes until the paneer is heated through.
7. Season with salt to taste and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
