A quick and delicious pasta dish with flavorful mushrooms. Perfect for a weeknight meal that can be prepared in under 30 minutes. Preparation Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 250 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for a moment until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are soft and golden brown.
4. Pour the cream into the mushrooms and mix well. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir. If the mixture is too dry, add a little reserved pasta water.
6. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese is melted.
7. Serve the pasta topped with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
