These delicious pancakes are fluffy and perfect for breakfast or brunch. Serve them warm with your favorite toppings!
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk, egg, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until the batter is smooth.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter.
4. Pour the batter onto the pan in your desired portion sizes.
5. Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
6. Serve warm with berries, maple syrup, or whipped cream.
