- 2 cups all-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 2. In another bowl, combine the milk, yogurt, egg, melted butter, and vanilla sugar. Mix well.
3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
5. Pour the batter onto the skillet in your desired pancake size. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip the pancake. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, berries, or whipped cream.
