Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef - 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- Lettuce (e.g., romaine lettuce)
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 2. Shape the ground beef into four patties and season with salt and pepper.
3. Cook the patties in the pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
4. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover the pan to melt the cheese.
5. Meanwhile, sauté the onion slices in a separate pan until golden brown.
6. Assemble the hamburgers: place lettuce on the bottom half of the bun, add the cheeseburger patty, tomato slices, sautéed onions, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.
7. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
