Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti)
- 150 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, slice the bacon or pancetta and cook it in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Add the minced garlic and sauté for one more minute.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Drain the pasta, reserving a little cooking water. Add the pasta to the pan with bacon and garlic.
5. Remove the pan from heat and pour the egg mixture over the pasta. Stir quickly to ensure the eggs cook just from the heat without turning into scrambled eggs. If needed, add a bit of reserved cooking water for a creamy texture.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese.
