Creamy Bacon Cheese Sauce

*Deliciously rich and savory sauce perfect for pasta or potatoes. Prep time: 15 minutes. Serves: 4.*Ingredients:
- 2 packages of bacon
- 400 ml heavy cream
- 1 package of blue cheese (Sinihome-Koskenlaskija)
- 100 g blue cheese (Aurajuusto)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of chives
Instructions:
1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until golden brown and crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
2. Discard excess bacon grease from the skillet, leaving about 1 tablespoon.
3. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and heat over medium-low heat.
4. Crumble the blue cheese and the other blue cheese into the cream. Stir well until the cheeses melt and blend smoothly.
5. Finely chop the parsley and chives. Add the herbs to the sauce and mix.
6. Add the cooked bacon to the sauce and stir to combine.
7. Serve the sauce over pasta or potatoes.
