A rich and moist chocolate cake perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over a water bath or in the microwave.
3. Stir the sugar into the chocolate-butter mixture and let it cool slightly.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Sift in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Mix until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the surface is set but the center is slightly moist.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or top with whipped cream.
