Delicious thick American pancakes that are perfect for breakfast. They pair wonderfully with maple syrup or fresh fruits. Preparation time is about 20 minutes, and it serves 6-8 pancakes.Ingredients:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 50 grams butter, melted
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
2. Add the milk, eggs, vanilla sugar, and melted butter. Mix all ingredients well until the batter is smooth.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter to the pan.
4. Pour desired amounts of batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the bottom is golden brown. Flip the pancakes and cook the other side.
5. Serve warm with maple syrup and fresh fruits.
