Ingredients:
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 100 g almond flour
- 100 g all-purpose flour (or gluten-free alternative)
- 100 ml orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest (grated)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Butter or oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt and eggs until well combined.
2. Add almond flour, all-purpose flour, orange juice, orange zest, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
4. Pour the batter onto the pan in your desired pancake sizes.
