Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 200 g broccoli
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Rinse the broccoli and cut it into small pieces. Chop the mushrooms and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
4. Add mushrooms and broccoli to the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. Pour the vegetable broth into the pan and stir. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve warm, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
