Ingredients:
- 400 g spaghetti
- 300 g ground beef (or a mix)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and keep warm.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add the crushed garlic and ground beef. Brown the meat thoroughly.
4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste. Mix well.
5. Season the mixture with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Serve the bolognese sauce over the spaghetti and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
