Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 360 g spaghetti
- Olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1-2 dried chili peppers
- Chives
- Pecorino cheese, grated
Instructions:
1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
2. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
3. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the chopped garlic and dried chili pepper. Sauté until the garlic turns golden brown.
5. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan with the garlic-chili mixture. Toss well to combine.
6. Add finely chopped chives and mix again.
7. Serve the portions topped with grated Pecorino cheese.
