Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
3. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
4. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and garlic powder.
5. Add the potato strips to the oil mixture and toss well until evenly coated.
6. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Turn the fries halfway through the baking time.
