This delicious mushroom spaghetti combines flavorful mushrooms, crispy bacon, and creamy guacamole. A perfect meal that will delight your taste buds!
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti (suitable amount)
- Salt for boiling
- Chopped gourmet or other mushrooms
- Chopped small onion
- Chopped bacon
- Minced garlic to taste
- Guacamole for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the bacon. Cook until crispy.
3. Add the chopped onion and mushrooms to the pan. Sauté until the onion is soft and the mushrooms are cooked.
4. Stir in the minced garlic and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.
5. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the mushroom mixture. If needed, add a bit of reserved pasta water to prevent it from drying out.
6. Serve the spaghetti on plates and top with a generous layer of guacamole.
