A fresh and delicious guacamole that will leave you wanting more. Perfect as a dip or a side! Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados - 1 small red onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 lime (juice)
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. 2. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
3. Finely chop the red onion and tomato, then add them to the avocado mixture.
4. Squeeze the lime juice into the mashed avocado.
5. Mince the garlic and mix it into the bowl.
6. Season with salt and black pepper, then stir well.
7. If desired, add chopped cilantro for extra flavor.
8. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or colorful vegetables.
