Sweet Potato Chips:- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Guacamole:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
1. Sweet Potato Chips: - Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them into thin rounds.
- Place the sweet potato slices in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes or until crispy, flipping the slices halfway through baking.
2. Guacamole:
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher.
