- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
2. Mash the avocado flesh with a fork or blender to your desired consistency.
3. Add the chopped onion, diced tomato, lime juice, and crushed garlic to the avocado.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
5. If using, stir in fresh cilantro and mix again.
6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or vegetables.
