This delicious guacamole is the perfect dip or salad dressing, great to enjoy with grilled meats. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small onion
- 0.5 lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic
- Salsa (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
2. Scoop the flesh out of the skins and place it in a bowl.
3. Chop the onion and garlic.
4. Add the chopped onion, lemon juice, salt, and salsa to the avocado.
5. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or mash with a fork until smooth.
6. Serve the guacamole chilled as a dip, salad dressing, or alongside grilled meat.
