A delicious and creamy avocado dip perfect for parties or as a snack.

Ingredients:

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small red onion
- 1 tomato
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
2. Mash the avocado with a fork to your desired consistency.
3. Finely chop the red onion and dice the tomato. Add them to the avocado.
4. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
5. Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl.
6. Season with salt and black pepper. Add chopped cilantro if using.
7. Mix all the ingredients well and serve immediately.
