A creamy and flavorful avocado dip, perfect for parties or as a snack. Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Mash the avocado flesh in a bowl with a fork.
2. Add the chopped onion, diced tomato, and crushed garlic to the avocado.
3. Squeeze the lime juice into the mixture and stir well.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add fresh cilantro.
5. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or vegetables.
