A delicious and hearty chicken guacamole soup that combines the flavors of chicken, coconut, and guacamole. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 500 g boneless chicken strips
- 2 tsp dried chili flakes
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ lime, juiced
- 1 container prepared guacamole dip
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 8 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 3 chicken breasts
- A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chicken strips and cook until they are golden brown.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and chili flakes, cooking for another minute.
4. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir well.
5. Pour in the water and mix until the flour is dissolved.
6. Add the chicken bouillon cubes, coconut milk, lime juice, and sugar. Stir well.
7. Let the soup simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
8. Stir in the guacamole dip and heavy cream until all ingredients are combined.
9. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
10. Serve the soup hot.
