Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Thoroughly wash the potatoes and dry them.
3. Make deep cuts in the potatoes, being careful not to cut all the way through.
4. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika powder.
5. Brush the potatoes with the mixture, ensuring it gets into the cuts.
6. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until they are tender and golden brown.
7. Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle grated cheese and parsley on top.
