Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving a little pasta water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute.
3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and mix well. Let the sauce simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix thoroughly. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
