Serving Size: Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
- 2 dl sour cream - 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.2. Add the mustard, honey, dill, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
3. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
4. Allow the sauce to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
5. Serve with gravlax, preferably alongside new potatoes.
