Ingredients:
- 400 g salmon fillet
- 1 onion
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 liter fish stock
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion, potatoes, carrots, and celery.
2. Melt the butter in a pot and sauté the onion until soft.
3. Add the potatoes, carrots, and celery to the pot and sauté for a few more minutes.
4. Pour in the fish stock and bring to a boil; simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. Cut the salmon fillet into cubes and add it to the soup. Cook for another 5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
6. Stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve the soup garnished with fresh dill.
