A delightful and crispy salmon dish, perfect for a quick meal.

Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g salmon fillets
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin (or rice wine)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Lemon slices for serving
Instructions:
1. Cut the salmon fillets into strips.
2. Season the salmon strips with salt and pepper.
3. Prepare three plates: place flour on the first, beaten eggs on the second, and breadcrumbs on the third.
4. Dip the salmon strips first into the flour, then into the egg, and finally into the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well coated.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the salmon strips on both sides until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Remove the cooked salmon strips and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
8. Serve with lemon slices and enjoy!
