Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 dl milk
- 1 dl Happy Joe Crispy Pear cider
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Butter for cooking
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
2. Add the milk, pear cider, eggs, and melted butter. Stir until the batter is smooth.
3. Heat a griddle and add a little butter to coat the surface.
4. Pour batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges turn golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until browned.
5. Serve the pancakes warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream as a delightful topping.
