Ingredients:

- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons oil (e.g., olive oil)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano (optional)

Instructions:

1. Peel and cut the potatoes into strips or sticks.
2. Rinse the potatoes in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add the oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix well to ensure the spices coat the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 220°C (428°F) for about 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy. Turn the fries halfway through the baking time for even cooking.
6. Enjoy immediately with a dipping sauce or on their own!
