A delightful and warming drink that brings the festive spirit. This apple cider glögg is perfect for holiday gatherings and is easy to prepare.

Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 liter apple cider
- 2 oranges (juice and zest)
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4-6 cloves
- 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
- 100 ml brandy (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions:
1. Pour the apple cider into a pot and heat over low heat.
2. Squeeze the juice of the oranges and lemon into the pot, adding the zest as well.
3. Add the cinnamon sticks and cloves to the apple cider.
4. Stir in the honey and allow the glögg to warm gently, but do not boil.
5. Let it steep for about 20-25 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
6. If desired, add the brandy and mix well.
7. Strain the drink and pour it into glasses. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
