Cannelloni with Salmon and Gorgonzola

A delicious and vibrant cannelloni dish that combines salmon and gorgonzola for a delightful dinner or special occasion. Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Serving Size: 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
- 9 pieces of cannelloni - Approximately 300 g of salmon
- 0.5 can of black olives
- 1 chili
- 60 g of gorgonzola
- A pinch of lemon pepper
- A pinch of salt
- 1 dl of cream
- 1 dl of tomato sauce
Instructions:
1. Cook the cannelloni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.2. Sauté the salmon in a pan until cooked through. Crumble the salmon into a bowl.
3. Add black olives, chopped chili, crumbled gorgonzola, lemon pepper, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.
4. Fill the cannelloni with the salmon mixture.
5. Place the filled cannelloni in a baking dish and pour the cream and tomato sauce over the top.
6. Bake in a 180°C (350°F) oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Let cool for a moment before serving.
